Exploring Fashion Using Dress Up Games

Friday, February 17th, 2012

Do you love fashion? Then online dress up games are for you! Choose a doll that has the same body type as you, and continue to change elements so that she looks more like yourself. Add the same hairdo, the same makeup style, and then begin to mix and match outfits until you find something that looks great on your doll, and would probably look great on you as well.

Jeans are the perfect attire for casual holiday gatherings, but black pants or corduroys are more fitting for fancier gatherings. Find the perfect bulky sweater to wear with your skinny pants or choose a fancy, designer jacket over a more closely fitted long-sleeve shirt. You can take your time mixing and matching outfits until you find the perfect fit and style that suits you. When you are preparing for the holidays, you have weeks in advance to find the perfect outfit and look that you desire.

When you design a look online, it is still difficult to imagine how you would pull off the look in real life.

Thursday, February 2nd, 2012

I don’t want anything bad to happen to my children. They are very special to me and I would do everything to protect them. My friends and I have been chatting around about our children’s online security the other day and I discovered a way to protect them. They have recommended to use a parental control software that could closely monitor all my children’s online activities. According to my friends, KidsWatch is by far the most sought after parental control as it is reliable and very efficient. My friends even was in awe when she discovered that her son was using proxies to search for pornographic sites, which she never knew until such time she installed KidsWatch. Also, she was able to receive alert messages whenever her son would do explicit chatting online. Good thing, she was able to correct the behavior early with her parental control. As for me, I just want my children’s online safety.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Little Comfort

Wednesday, December 28th, 2011

I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy recently. It was a tough decision for me. Nevertheless, I had to take the decision. I took a loan four years ago. I used to pay back the loan amount regularly. Suddenly, I lost my job. Then, I could not pay back the loan regularly. The creditor started giving me phone calls and red letters. I was scared. I did not have other sources to pay back the loan. I had to take the help from a lawyer. He advised me that I should have filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. Since I did not have any income, it was the only option. I had to list all my properties and handed over to the court. The court appointed a trustee. They have been dealing with the creditor. I do not get red letters anymore. I regret being a bankrupt, but chapter 7 bankruptcy has given me little comfort. I have gotten away from the creditor.

Potty Training Your Child Should Be Safe

Wednesday, December 21st, 2011

Parents have to consider lots of things. Parenting is a round the clock job and this is the only job where complaining is a major sin. Who told you to be a parent? Nobody. So you have to be really patient and strategic as well. After you toddler shows signs that he or she is ready for potty training, you have to make sure that the bathroom or toilet is generally safe and will not be an accident prone place for the toddler. Whether we like it or not, they will really proceed from the portable potty training seat to the actual toilet that the bigger kids and we adults use. So make sure that aside from the slip resistant floor, all of the dangerous for kids stuff are located in a secure place – a high location so that they won’t be able to reach. If you place your extra towels in the toilet or bathroom cabinet, it would be safer if those will be the only ones your toddlers can reach when they step up their stepping stool.

My Daughter’s Child Behavior

Sunday, November 20th, 2011

Some of my friends say that my 6-year-old daughter is an anti-socialist. While I take offense in what they say, I do notice that she does not play with the other kids when they visit. I wonder if this is a normal child behavior for girls, or even boys, at her age. My parents are rather worried about their granddaughter’s behavior and they have asked me to take her to a child psychologist to find out why she does not like to play with other kids. I suppose I should see a child psychologist to find out more about child behavior such as in the case of my daughter. My husband suggested that we find some materials to learn how to teach our daughter to become friendlier with other kids around her age. I know there are several child behavior books that we could buy to help us cope with the situation.
